Price and validity
- The price given in our quotation will be set in EURO or USD.
- The prices are applied for the period as indicated in the invoice or document delivered to the clients. Asiatica guarantees the validity of the tariffs given to the client at the moment of delivery. However, some changes can be occurred due to new dramatic national issues (such as remarkable fluctuation of exchange rates, new governmental taxes, etc.) Of course our services are guaranteed, so we will always keep the clients informed about all things.
Booking and confirmation
- All of our services are to be booked at Asiatica's head-office in Hanoi.
- All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 20% for accommodation of 2-3* and 30% for that of 4-5* of the total sum.
- The rest of the sum needs to be paid at least one month before arrival in Vietnam. For special cases this payment can be completed at the beginning of tours. Otherwise, Asiatica has the right to cancel the trip without returning the client's deposit.
- If booking is done less than one month before the beginning of service, the total sum must be paid at once.
- After booking, an invoice will be set up and sent to the client by e-mail or fax.
Payment methods
+ Cash: Only done with an agreement between Asiatica and the clients.
+ Traveler cheques: Only done with an agreement between Asiatica and the clients.
+ Banking transfer : Money is transferred to our bank account and the clients pay the banking fee.

+ Credit card: The payment will be done by credit card when the clients come to our head-office to swipe the card through the machine connecting to our bank. We accept Master Card and Visa Card.
In case the clients want to pay by credit card when they are at their home country, i t is possible to pay by Credit Card DEBIT AUTHORIZATION. For more information about the procedures, please contact our travel consultants.
Cancellation policies
1. Services are cancelled by the clients:
In case a tour is cancelled by the clients for any reasons, the following fees should be paid:

- This fee scheme counts for all services booked at Asiatica. The refund to the client is done by banking transfer, where the party who cancels payment the banking fee.
2. Cancellation by Asiatica:
- The contract between Asiatica and the clients can only be cancelled by us if dramatic problems like natural disasters, epidemics, political problems etc...occur. In this case, the clients will receive back the total sum of services but have no right to any indemnities.
Insurance - Assistance Asiatica Travel is an inbound travel agency, therefore it will not be possible to arrange any insurance for the clients. We advise them to contact an insurance company in the country of residence. However, it is possible to let us act as an intermediary link between the client and their insurance company. Please contact us for further information .
Responsibilities
- Asiatica is not responsible for things not mentioned in the contract.
- During tours, the clients must follow all rules and regulations informed by our guides or by our services supplier.
Disagreements and disputes :
- In case of disagreements and/or disputes, both parties (Asiatica Travel and its clients) must try to find a friendly solution by way of negotiation at first. If the negotiation fails, the case must be taken to International Arbitration Centre under Vietnam Commercial and Industrial Chamber. All claims must be written and submitted to Asiatica within 30 days after the end of services.
- According to the Vietnamese Tourism Law promulgated in 2001, all tourism companies possessing an International Tourism License must leave a deposit of 500,000,000 VND (equivalent to 35,000 USD) in a Vietnamese legal bank. This sum of money will be spent as refund to concerning Asiatica's clients in case we break a contract and lose our case in the court.
