Hi Ms Hai and Mrs Le Ha, we have been back from Vietnam for a couple of weeks now, sorry for not contacting you sooner.
We wanted to thank you all very much for a great trip and our lovely gifts, you were all a pleasure to deal with and very professional, the guides and drivers were fantastic, the vehicles were immaculate, the hotels great and the program was the correct mix of pleasure and travel.
We would recommend you and your company to anybody we know and we will use your company for future visits to SE Asia.

Hello to the team of Asiatica and the visitors of their website
We want to share some of our experiences with Asiatica over a 23 day trip from North to South Viet Nam and Cambodia.
First of all we were very pleased by the professional and correct preparation of our trip by the sales team in Hanoi. (Ms Le Ha and Ms Hai). Great job, especially if you see how we tweaked and tuned the trip to get as much as possible in the program.
You get a 10
Then the organisation of the trip : absolutely perfect organisation ! No waiting for a guide or driver, all hotels booked and prepared as promissed. Good vans all the way. Train comfort and hotel levels as promissed and in line with what we asked and paid for.
The only element that was out of control : the rain. This was the only factor that made us deviate from the agreed program.
Another 10
The guides and drivers : some mixed feelings here. The driver in the North was absolute top-class. He managed to drive us around for 4 days in Hanoi and surrounding without having to use the horn one single time AND always managed to keep moving !
Those who have been around, will find this almost incredible.
Some excellent guides too : Da-Lat (Mekong), Nieh (Hue) and Sowann (Siem Reap), you will have our estime and appreciation for ever. Thank you one more time for not only sharing your technical knowledge but also for exchanging your thoughts and views on the world and life - very much appreciated.
Overall : a 8 (because of the other 3 guides and drivers)
Then what about the country and the tour : 2 very nice countries with lots of diversity in Viet Nam, very friendly people, good and safe food. But be prepared for a substantial difference between Viet Nam and Combodia and be aware that Vietnam is a dense populated country.
And the one thing that struck us most : the 'harmony' of the people and the vision for the future.

I got home yesterday and am trying to get back to earth and "living in Africa" rather than Vietnam!
My sister, Diane, and I had a fantastic trip. We loved every minute of our holiday, and would like to say a big "THANK YOU", or "cam on" to you for organising and doing the background work to making our trip such a success.
We were also so touched to get the lovely gifts that we found in our hotel room on our last night. We especially were happy to see that on the cover there were two ladies, so we have decided that that it shows us two sisters!Thanks for the gifts.
When I have time I would like to write a longer "feedback" letter to you for your future guests, that is, what we did enjoy and what we enjoyed less, in the hope that it would be valuable for future guests. Im too short of time at the moment though, I have too much to catch up on at home and at work! I will try to do it soon.
Thank you again and thank you for making us have such a love for your country, it is very special.

Dear Ms Nguyen T Hai,
From October 23 to 28 Mr. Peter Booy and I visited Hue and Hoi An.
Our tour guide was Mr Hoang. He guided us very professionally, with a lot of knowledge in excellent English.
We like to draw your attention to the fact that Mr. Hoang guidance was of extra added value to our visit. He changed us from interested visitors in involved visitors, who even love your beautiful country more than before. He increased our estimation of your people, history and culture.
Despite the rain, he solved every problem, so we were able to continue our program as planned.
He did all this with enthusiasm and in very good cooperation with the driver. The driver drove carefully and gave us all the opportunity to enjoy the countryside.
Professionality of both, humor and lots of friendliness made it an unforgettable experience.
I hope you will recommend his guidance to other culturally interested groups.

My wife and I went on to Bangkok after we finished in Siem Reap and were caught in the difficulties there for about 6 extra days. However, we are now home safe and sound.
The trip you organized was very well planned and executed. We were quite impressed that things went according to plan each day and that guides showed up at every airport as expected.
As I said we were pleased with the whole plan and the execution of the plan. Our holiday was great and our collective perception of Vietnam is that the people are kind and friendly and hard working and that the country is moving swiftly in the right direction. I hope to visit your country again.
