Arrival in Phnom Penh. Welcome by the guide and driver of Asiatica. Transfer to the city centre. Overnight at hotel.
Today you will visit the Victory Monument, and the National Museum, which contains a collection of Khmer art throughout the ages. Visit the Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866, and the Silver Pagoda whose floor is made up of 5000 silver tiles. Then drive to visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21 prison). This was used as a prison by Pol Pot's security forces and became the largest center for detention and torture during the rule of the Khmer Rouge. Then visit to Killing Fields "Choeung Ek" 15km southwest of Phnom Penh. End the day with a tasting of local desserts in the central market. The opportunity to discover the sweet specialities typical of the Mekong Delta. Overnight at hotel in Phnom Penh.
After breakfast, transferred to Siem Reap by our driver only. Take a short break for lunch at a local restaurant and meet our guide in Siem Reap. In the afternoon, we go to Kampong Pluk which is about 16 km from Siem Reap. This village is located in Tonle Sap Lake. Overnight in Siem Reap.
We will visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom also referred to as "Great City", the famous Bayon Temple built in the late 12th century and the Baphoun Temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, Ta Prohm, the Terrace of Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and Phimean Akas known as "Heavenly Palace". In the afternoon, we will tour the World Heritage site "Angkor Wat", the world's largest religious building. We continue our day with a visit to Pre Rub Hill Temple and watch the sunset from the top of the hill. After visiting the Angkor complex, visit one of Cambodia's finest spas. The opportunity to relax and revitalize to continue the journey. Back to hotel
We begin the journey with a visit to Banteay Srei (Citadel of Women), consecrated to Shiva, whose architecture and pink grit sculptures present a masterpiece of Khmer art. We continue with a visit to the temple of Banteay Samre, a Hindu temple in the architectural style of Angkor Wat. Then we will visit the temple of Pre Rup, the most beautiful temple of the Grand Circuit group. It is a temple that was built with bricks in the year 960, when Rajendravarman II ruled. In the evening a romantic dinner with music and traditional Apsara dance. Overnight at Hotel.
Free time until you will be brought to the airport for your flight to Sai Gon. Pick up then transfer to your hotel in Sai Gon. Overnight at your hotel in Saigon.
After breakfast, visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and the General Post Office. From the cathedral, take a short stroll along Dong Khoi Street to the Opera House. Next, stop at The Reunification Palace, formerly known as Presidential Palace, which was the residence of the president of South Vietnam until the end of April 1975. Finally stop at Ben Thanh market for a variety of products on sale. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. You then drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels, situated 70km from Saigon. The Cu Chi Tunnel system was created around 1948 to assist the Viet Minh in their combat against French occupiers. Overngiht in Saigon.
Pick up from your hotel to Ham Luong Pier. Boating on Ben Tre river and go along mangrove trees growing up ashore of the waterway. Stop at traditional brickwork, then visit a coconut workshop and a coconut candy workshop, try some sweets, enjoy some fruits and listen to local music as well. Step ashore and walk to visit the farmer who makes sleep mats.
Hop on tuk-tuk through coconut grove. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Relax and keep rowing boat on shady palm tree canal. Drop off at the local market or An Thanh pier. Then driveback to Saigon to take a flight to Hanoi. The day is free for your own exploration and shopping.
In the early morning, you will take 6-hour drive to Sapa. On arrival, check in hotel & have lunch at a local restaurant. Lunch is on your own.
In the afternoon, met up at your hotel by your local guide and driver then depart for the Silver Waterfall. You are advised to stop by a farm for a cup of tea and talk with people to understand their local life. Then we continue our drive uphill to the Heavens Gate, the highest stretch of road in Vietnam as well as the provincial border of Lao Cai and Lai Chau provinces. Enjoy fantastic view over the valley! Overnight in Sapa.
After breakfast, begin to visit the surrounding villages of Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai inhabited by Black Hmong and Ta Van village, home to the Dzay (Giay) ethnic people, located at the heart of the Muong Hoa valley. You can admire fabulous views of the valley, terraced fields and winding streams. Ovenight in homestay in Ta Van village.
After breakfast, take a short walk (5 mins) to the Sun station where you will take a train to cable car station. Arrival at station, we will have 25 minutes to travel to Fanxipan Mountain which is considered to be the most beautiful landscape of Vietnam now.
In the afternoon, drive to Hanoi. Overnight at hotel.
In the morning, our car and guide will pick you up to travel to Hoa Lu – the former capital of Vietnam, about 2-hour drive from Hanoi. On arrival, you will visit two temples, one of them dedicated to Emperor Dinh and the other in memory of Emperor Le, followed by a brief visit to the remains of the Old Palace. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will visit Tam Coc (three caves), a peaceful valley among limestone karst hills, There, you will be rowed along a gentle river between paddy fields and through the caves. Then, we drive Hang Mua cave. We will ride the bicycle along winding roads passing lotus ponds, temples and cottages, typical of Vietnamese countryside to visit Bich Dong Pagoda situated on a hillside. Back to Hanoi for an overnight.
You depart to Halong bay at 8h and embark on Victory at 12h30. Then, enjoy your lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay and admire the fascinating formations on the way. You'll have chance to explore the well – hidden Thien Canh Son Cave, swim or relax on sundeck. Pre-dinner cocktail party (complimentary "Halong sunset" cocktail with snacks) starts at 18h15. You then participate in a cooking class in restaurant or outdoor before savouring a delicious set dinner in restaurant. The rest of the evening is for night-time squid fishing or relax and enjoy fresh air. Overnight in Cong Do area.
You wake up early to njoy sunrise on the Bay and a morning Tai Chi session on sundeck. Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries is served in restaurant. At 8 - 8:30, you transfer to bamboo sampan boat to visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village. Rowers are local people wearing traditional costume.
Check out of cabins at around 9. Start cruising towards the port. International buffet brunch is served in restaurant. Disembark at 10:30 - 11. End of trip. Arrive at hotel in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
At 8h00, our guide will greet you and provide you with a brief tour introduction. The goal today is to immerse you in a true living museum of Hanoi life in just a few hours on our customized USSR VINTAGE MINSK motorbike. We take you off the beaten path through Hanoi's backstreets and to famous sites, all while sampling special.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Temple of Literature. Then back to the Old Quarter for a 1.5 hour walking tour to have a deeper insight of local daily life. We then head to Ngoc Son Temple set in the middle of Hoan Kiem Lake. Overnight in Hanoi.
